Every well whose lifecycle state is not plugged and abandoned counts as a well. Plugged-and-abandoned wells stay in your register for their history, free of charge. Its annuli, boreholes, barrier envelopes and schematic are part of that well, not extra units. Suspended, temporarily abandoned and shut-in wells still need integrity monitoring, so they count. If your register counts wells differently, tell us and the quote follows your register.

Starter covers up to 20 wells. Essentials includes 50 wells and extends in blocks of 25 wells at $400/month each, up to 100 wells. Professional includes 250 wells and extends in blocks of 25 wells at $250/month each, up to 500 wells. Enterprise includes 500, and the Pilot runs on up to 50 wells.

Move up when your estate does. Starter tops out at 20 wells and Essentials, with its extension blocks, at 100 wells ($1,790/month on an annual contract); Professional is $2,490/month up to 250 wells and, with its extension blocks, $4,990/month at 500 wells, Enterprise's base. The price steps up when you cross a plan's limit or add an extension block, and your quote shows the step before you commit. When crossing a plan's limit moves you up to the next plan, a one-off transition credit takes 50% off that step-up for the first 12 months on the new plan: $250/month on moving up to Essentials, $350/month to Professional and $47.50/month to Enterprise, on an annual contract. It applies once per customer, to the subscription only (not hosting, services or the pilot), and is set out in your order form.

Enterprise starts at $4,990/month on an annual contract and covers 500 wells. Each additional 25 wells costs $95/month. Enterprise is an annual contract; there is no month-to-month price. Enterprise includes API access, with up to 120 requests per minute per API key.

Starter includes up to 3 users, and the Pilot and Essentials up to 10 users. Professional and Enterprise include unlimited users under fair use, and a self-hosted licence has no user limit. Read-only, audit and external-verifier accounts are free on every plan and do not count against the limit.

Professional and Enterprise do not cap named users. Fair use means the people inside your organisation who need the integrity record; service accounts, or an integration that mirrors the platform for a third party, are outside it.

The pilot runs for 3 months and is sized by wells: $2,490 for up to 20 wells, or $4,990 for up to 50 wells. If you sign an annual subscription within 30 days of the pilot ending, the fee is credited to your first year.

Starter and Essentials are available on an annual contract or month to month: Starter is $490/month on an annual contract or $590/month month to month, and Essentials $990 or $1,190. Professional and Enterprise are annual contracts.

Dedicated hosting is $1,250/month plus a $4,500 one-off setup, available on Professional and Enterprise. It carries a 99.5% monthly availability target (until a warm standby exists; planned maintenance excluded) and priority support; service credits are set out in your order form.

The self-hosted licence is planned and quoted on request, separately from the price builder. It replaces the Enterprise subscription rather than adding to it: indicatively $39,000/year for estates up to 250 wells, with deployment and hardening at $18,000–$30,000 one-off and optional premium support at a 20% uplift on the licence. Larger estates run on FEEC hosting or are quoted as a bespoke licence.

Paid plans carry a monthly availability target of 99.5% on the shared cloud and 99.5% on dedicated hosting (until a warm standby exists; planned maintenance excluded). Whether service credits apply, and at what level, is set out in your order form; the Service Level Agreement describes how they work. The self-hosted option’s availability is a function of the infrastructure you run it on.

Onboarding is $5,000 for up to 50 wells: your wells set up from templates, twelve months of history and the parallel run against your register. Larger or unusual estates are quoted individually.

No. The register health check ($3,500–$5,000) and the full integrity assessment ($9,500–$15,000) are delivered by FEEC engineers and stand on their own. The pilot is the bridge between them and the platform.

You own your data. Every plan includes a full data export from the application, alongside Excel exports, and the order form and Data Processing Agreement set out export and deletion when a contract ends.

Customer data is held only on production infrastructure, never in the demo or staging environments. On the shared cloud each client is a separate tenant isolated by PostgreSQL row-level security; dedicated hosting gives you an isolated server and database managed by FEEC; and a self-hosted licence runs inside your own infrastructure.

Each well type (producers, injectors, disposal wells) is assessed against its own method profile, and a result is never carried across types. Profiles are versioned, every assessment records the version it used, and profiles for further well types are rolling out as each is signed.
