Users
Who counts as a user
Read-only, audit and external-verifier accounts are free on every plan and do not count against the user limit. Pilot and Essentials include up to 10 named users; Professional and Enterprise include unlimited users.
Fair use
Unlimited, within reason
Professional and Enterprise do not cap named users. Fair use means the people inside your organisation who need the integrity record; service accounts, or an integration that mirrors the platform for a third party, are outside it.

Questions about pricing.
What counts as a well?
One active well in scope is one well. Its annuli, boreholes, barrier envelopes and schematic are part of that well, not extra units. If your register counts wells differently, tell us and the quote follows your register.
What does “unlimited users under fair use” mean?
Professional and Enterprise do not cap named users. Fair use means the people inside your organisation who need the integrity record. Service accounts, or an integration that mirrors the platform for a third party, are outside it.
We are a consultancy assessing wells for several operators. How does that work?
Each operator needs its own tenant, so that the register, method profile, approvals and audit trail belong to them. Talk to us about a partner arrangement rather than sharing one subscription across clients.
Where does our data live?
A live customer register is not held on the shared host. Dedicated hosting gives you an isolated server and database managed by FEEC, and a self-hosted licence runs inside your own infrastructure.
What happens to a well type that has no signed method profile?
It is reported unassessable. Method profiles are signed per well type, and we do not assess a well under another type’s profile to make a plan look complete. Injectors and disposal wells are assessed once their own profiles are signed.
How does the pilot credit work?
The pilot runs for 3 months on up to 50 wells. The fee is credited to your first year if you subscribe within 30 days of the pilot ending.
Can we pay month to month?
Essentials is available on an annual contract or month to month. Professional and Enterprise are annual contracts.
Do the fixed-fee services need a subscription?
No. The register health check and the full integrity assessment are delivered by FEEC engineers and stand on their own. The pilot is the bridge between them and the platform.
