Well schematics

Schematics drawn from the register, for any trajectory.

Enter the deviation survey and the platform computes the trajectory by minimum curvature, then draws casing, liner and tubing strings with their cement, completion equipment and perforations. The barrier envelopes are overlaid in the NORSOK D-010 colour convention.

Annulus monitoring

Every reading assessed against its own MAWOP/MAP.

Each monitored A, B or C annulus carries its governing limit as master data, with source, date and reference. Readings are assessed against the bands in your method profile, and trends show a build-up long before it becomes an exceedance.

Test types and frequencies come from your integrity policy. The scheduler tracks what is due, upcoming and overdue per well and annulus, and each record keeps its test pressure, acceptance criteria, result and evidence attachments.

Monthly review

A review that locks, and changes that leave a trail.

Each month every well is assessed, every overdue test flagged and every override approved before the period is signed off and locked. A change to a locked period is a restatement with its own reason and approval, so history is never rewritten.

What's included

  • Register import

    Bring a whole register in one workbook. Download the template, or export your register into it, then upload: every row and column is checked, a preview shows what will change, and one commit writes it. Nothing is deleted, and re-importing the same file changes nothing.

  • Teams and Slack alert channels

    Post the alarms and events you choose into your own Microsoft Teams or Slack channel, with a test message, a delivery log and automatic retries.

  • Offline field rounds

    Record readings on a round from a phone or tablet in the browser, with no connection. They sync when the device is back in coverage, a retried sync never duplicates a reading, and a gauge photo can travel with it.

  • Scheduled e-mail reports

    A weekly or monthly integrity summary, review pack or annual summary e-mailed to the members you choose, filtered to the assets and well types of a saved view.

  • Handover certificates and dispensations

    Handover certificates between functions, and dispensations with their approval and expiry, recorded against the well and shown on its timeline.

  • The method you can read

    The rules behind every status are written down and versioned. Read the public summary of the signed method before you share any data.

Readings can also arrive automatically from your SCADA or historian. Push data feeds use API keys, which are part of the Enterprise plan; see the data imports page.

How a status is produced

Readings in, one outcome out, with the trail kept.

The assessment uses explicit inputs and versioned settings. Each run records its basis and produces a reasoned outcome; a required input that is missing is named, never guessed.

    Inputs

    The reading with its date and unit, the reading history, the governing MAWOP/MAP with its source, and the tenant’s method-profile and settings versions.

  2. 02

    Classification

    Each monitored annulus is classified against the bands the method profile defines for that well type, as a percentage of the governing limit.

  3. 03

    Exceptions and trends

    The profile’s trend rule evaluates sustained build-up. Missing, stale, duplicated and out-of-family inputs raise named exceptions with their flags.

  4. 04

    Outcome and provenance

    Each run records its outcome, flags, input and source-file hashes, profile and settings versions, engine build and schema version. A re-run is a new record; nothing is overwritten.

Exceptions are named, not absorbed

  • A monitored annulus with no valid governing limit
  • A missing or stale reading for a monitored annulus
  • An expired or overdue integrity test
  • A reading that is out of range, duplicated or in an ambiguous unit
  • A well that cannot be bled to zero (the SCP exception path)
  • An annulus with no method configured, or an unknown annulus code

Sustained casing pressure, handled properly

SCP is a first-class exception path, not a footnote. Its definition and acceptance criteria come from your integrity policy, and no single bleed-off reclassifies a well on its own.

One method profile per well type

Each well type is assessed against its own method profile, and a result is never carried across types. Multilateral wells are drawn in full and each borehole is assessed on its own.
