What this site collects

Nothing beyond what you type into the request form on thebook page. There is no analytics package on this site, no tracking cookie, no advertising pixel and no third-party script of any kind. If analytics are ever added, this page will say so before they are, and they will not be used to identify you.

What happens to a form submission

The form asks for your name, company, work email, an optional phone number, the service area you are asking about and your message. It sends those fields to FEEC’s enquiry endpoint, which emails them to FEEC through its mail provider (Zoho ZeptoMail) so that somebody can reply to you. This site keeps no copy: it has no database and no server-side storage of its own.

The two hidden fields in the form exist only to catch automated spam. They are never read as part of your message, and a submission that fills them is discarded.

We use your details to answer your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Client data in an assessment

If you go on to engage FEEC for an assessment, your data is handled under the written agreement and data-processing terms for that engagement, not under this page. In short: real data goes only onto a dedicated host, never a shared one; a DPA is signed before anything is shared; and you can ask for a full export or deletion. The contracting entity is Front End Engineering Consultancy Limited.
