About this document
This is the order form for a BarrierLedger subscription or pilot. When both parties sign it, it forms a contract that incorporates the Master Subscription Agreement, the Data Processing Agreement (with its international transfer terms), the Service Level Agreement and the Support and Response Table, in the versions identified in section 9. If this order form and an incorporated document differ, this order form prevails for this order only.
Amounts are taken from the published price list in force on the order date. Square brackets mark what is completed for each customer; a signed order form has none left.
